Returns & Exchanges

We offer great quality products and ensure our customers are getting the best products, with that in mind, we make sure our products are well packaged and protected to prevent breakages and damages before we ship them out.

Also, due to the current situation of COVID19, we are not accepting returns or exhanges. If an item arrives broken or damaged due to mishandling by the postmen during shipping, we require photos of the item still in its original shipping box immediately the item is received and a replacement will be sent to the customer.

We appreciate your business and patronage and we also want you to love all our products, but due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on all orders. All sales are final.

Products may be slightly different from as seen in pictures, they are handmade and the weather or shipping may affect product look but not the quality.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
