Each reservation is $95/hour (without tables/chairs), $120/hour (including tables & chairs) with a $100 event fee. The space is conveniently located in the heart of Farmers Branch, 3 minutes away from the Dallas Galleria Mall. Our studio size is 1000+ square feet with the ability to be rented for multiple uses including but not limited to: photo/video projects, bridal showers, baby showers, small parties, workshops, and professional gatherings and more.
TO BOOK YOUR HOURS, SELECT THE QUANTITY NUMBER OF HOURS YOU WOULD LIKE TO RENT OUR SPACE FOR.
For reservations, time must include set up and clean up time. The studio includes a private bathroom. Three 72" round table, two 6ft folding tables and 50 folding chairs are available for events and INCLUDED in your reservation. YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ENTER THE STUDIO UNTIL YOUR RESERVATION START TIME AND MUST BE COMPLETELY OUT BY YOUR RESERVATION END TIME. You are able to bring in any food or drinks. You will receive set up and clean up instructions after booking.
Confetti are allowed but must be cleaned after event to make the space clean for the next guest. If not well cleaned, there will be a $100 fine.

We share the space with a bath and body company retail space, but our event space has it's own private entrance with closed doors that offers privacy. The venue radiates a warm and engaging atmosphere with full wall mirrors on an entire side of the room which can be decorated as you like. Our event space offers an ample parking for your guests. No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed
Late fee will be charged if you stay longer than the booked time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 14 days before event: 50% refund (deposit non-refundable).
7–14 days before event: 25% refund.
Less than 7 days: No refund.
Cancellations must be in writing.
If Owner cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be fully refunded
